CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  1. Your legal right to change your mind. You have 14 days after the day you have instructed us to notify us if you have changed your mind and receive a refund of fees. This is subject to some conditions set out below.
  2. The deadline for changing your mind. If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day you have instructed us to provide our services. You cannot change your mind about your order for our services once these have been completed. 
  3. You have to pay for services you received before you change your mind. Once you have paid for our services we will not issue you with a refund for the services undertaken by us prior to you changing your mind.
  4. When and how we refund you. Notwithstanding the exception in clause 1.3 we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you’ve changed your mind.
